Professional growth
We’re committed to the mutual benefits of helping employees learn continuously. Robust learning and development experiences help employees grow in their careers and unlock their potential.
Previously in-person learning and development sessions pivoted to digital formats in 2020. This included our Enterprise Onboarding Program, a comprehensive journey that connects new employees with their role in contributing to our purpose of helping customers build secure tomorrows.
And while many companies had to cancel summer internship programs, we were fortunate to be able to create an all-new, fully digital program for 40 interns that provided meaningful professional experiences.
Looking ahead
We’re launching a new enterprise- wide learning program in 2021 that empowers all employees to create personalized learning journeys integrated with goal setting and performance conversations.
